Accessibility

CG Success wants this website — the company pages and theTexas Success Connection event pages — to be usable by as many people as possible, including people using screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or reduced-motion settings.

What is built into this site

• Semantic HTML — real headings, lists, landmarks and form labels.
• A "skip to content" link as the first focusable element on every page.
• Full keyboard operation, including both mobile menus, which close onEscape and return focus to the control that opened them.
• A single, consistent, high-contrast focus ring on every interactive element, adjusted to stay visible on dark sections.
• Colour contrast checked against WCAG 2.1 AA on both themes — the company's teal-on-warm-white and the event's charcoal-and-orange — for body text, buttons and interface text, against the actual background colours each is used on.
• Every form control has a visible, associated label. Errors are announced with role="alert" and success withrole="status".
• Motion is opt-in: entrance animations are disabled entirely when your system requests reduced motion, and no content depends on an animation to become visible.
• Touch targets on buttons and form controls are at least 44 pixels tall.
• The site is responsive from small phones to large desktop displays and supports browser zoom and text resizing.

Where we are honest about the limits

This site has not had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim formal conformance to a WCAG level. The measures above are what was designed and tested in-house. If something does not work for you, that is a defect worth reporting, not an accepted limitation.
