These terms apply to CGSuccess.com, operated by CG Success. Participation in the Texas Success Connection event — attending, or applying for a Business Spotlight — is additionally governed by theevent's own terms.

The website

This site describes what CG Success does and provides forms for getting in touch. Content is provided in good faith and may change; descriptions of services are informational, not an offer with fixed scope or pricing. Engagements are agreed individually, in writing, between CG Success and the client.

Payment

No payment is collected anywhere on this website.There is no checkout, no cart, no card fields and no payment processor — on the company pages or the event pages. Never submit card or banking details through this site; nothing here can receive them.

Sending an inquiry creates no obligation on either side. You are asking a question; we will answer it.

Nothing on this site — and nothing shared at a CG Success event — is legal, financial, tax or investment advice. Businesses and speakers featured at events are responsible for their own claims, and their participation is not an endorsement by CG Success.
