Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026
This policy covers CGSuccess.com, operated byCG Success — the company pages you are reading and theTexas Success Connection event site that lives under/texas-success-connection/.
What this site collects
Three forms, and nothing else. No accounts, no logins, no profiles.
- The company inquiry form (/contact/): your name, email address, optional business name, a topic, and your message.
- The event's attendee registration andBusiness Spotlight application: described in detail in the event's own privacy policy.
What this site does not collect
- No payment information. This website — company pages and event pages alike — has no checkout, no cart, no card fields and no payment processor. It cannot take a payment.
- No cookies set by this site.
- No analytics or tracking. There is no analytics script, advertising pixel or third-party tracker on these pages.
How submissions are delivered
All three forms are delivered byWeb3Forms, a form-to-email service: your browser sends the form contents to Web3Forms, which emails them to the team. Each form has its own configuration, so company inquiries, event registrations and business applications are handled separately. Submissions are also subject to Web3Forms' own privacy practices. The site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses in the course of serving pages.
How your information is used
Inquiries are used to reply to you. Event submissions are used as the event's policy describes. Your information is not sold.
Your choices
You may ask for your information to be corrected or deleted by replying to any message you have received from the team, or through the contact page.
Changes
This policy will be updated if what the site collects or how it is delivered changes. The date above reflects the most recent revision.
