Privacy Policy

This policy explains what happens to information you submit on this website. The site is operated by CG Success, which hosts and owns the Texas Success Connection event.

What this site collects

There are exactly two places on this site that collect information.

• Attendee registration. Your first and last name, email address, optional phone number, Texas city, current role or career stage, primary reason for attending, any areas of interest you tick, an optional question for a participating business, and your consent to receive event communications.
• Business Spotlight application. Your representative and business contact details, information about your business and what it offers, your preferred presentation format and participation option, and — if you request the fee waiver — a description of the discount you propose to offer a Texas resident.

Nothing else on this site collects anything. There is no account, no login, and no profile.

What this site does not collect

• No payment information. This website has no checkout, no cart, no card fields and no payment processor. It cannot take a payment. Approved businesses that select the paid participation option receive instructions separately, after review.
• No cookies. This site sets no cookies of its own.
• No analytics or tracking. There is no analytics script, advertising pixel or third-party tracker on these pages.

How submissions are delivered

Both forms are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-to-email service. When you submit, your browser sends the contents of the form to Web3Forms, which emails it to the event team. The two forms use separate configurations so registrations and business applications are handled independently. Your submission is also subject to Web3Forms' own privacy practices.

The site is hosted on Vercel. Like most web hosts, Vercel processes standard request data such as IP addresses in the course of serving pages.

How your information is used

• Registrations are used to send you event announcements, the final date and schedule, updates about participating businesses, and instructions for joining the live event.
• Questions submitted during registration may be selected and read aloud during the live event. Do not submit anything you would not want read publicly.
• Applications are used to review and decide on Business Spotlight participation, and to contact you about it.

Your information is not sold. It is not shared with participating businesses unless you are told otherwise at the point you provide it.

Your choices

Every event email includes a way to unsubscribe. You may also ask for your information to be corrected or deleted by replying to any communication you have received from the event team, or by using thecontact page.

Children

This event and this website are intended for adults and for students old enough to be considering their careers. The site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

This policy will be updated if what the site collects or how it is delivered changes. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
