These terms apply to this website and to participation in Texas Success Connection, an event hosted and owned by CG Success.

The event

Texas Success Connection is a 8-hour live virtual event held on a Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time. The date has not been finalised and will be announced. Programme details, including the running order and the list of participating businesses, may change.

Attending

Attendance is free for attendees. Registering reserves a place and subscribes you to event communications; it does not create any other obligation on either side.

The figure of 30,000–50,000 is expected attendance — a projection of how many people the event is planned for. It is not a count of confirmed registrations and is not a guarantee of the audience size any participating business will reach.

Questions submitted during registration or during the live event may be selected and read aloud by the host. There are far more attendees than question slots, so not every question can be answered.

Business Spotlight applications

Businesses located anywhere in the United States may apply. Every applicant must be able to explain how its product, service, experience or advice benefits Texas residents; that is the central question of the review.

All Business Spotlight positions are subject to application approval and availability. Submitting an application is not acceptance, and an application may be declined even while positions remain available. Businesses that can provide a representative to participate live for the full 10 minutes receive priority consideration over prerecorded presentations.

Participation options

An approved business may choose one of two options.

• Standard participation. A $300participation fee, invoiced after approval.
• Fee waiver. The entire $300 fee may be waived where the business pledges to give at least one Texas resident a discount of up to $200 on its product or service. The proposed offer is reviewed alongside the application. Requesting the waiver does not guarantee approval, and participation remains subject to spot availability.

Where a business pledges a discount, the offer is made by that business to the recipient. CG Success is not a party to it, does not fulfil it, and does not warrant it.

Payment

No payment is collected when you apply. Approved businesses will receive participation instructions after their application has been reviewed. This website has no checkout, no cart, no card fields and no payment processor of any kind. Never submit card or banking details through this site — nothing here is able to receive them.

Content and conduct

Presentations must follow the 10-minute format and the event's content and quality requirements. CG Success may decline, reschedule or end a presentation that does not meet them. Participating businesses are responsible for the accuracy of their own claims and for holding any rights needed for the material they present.

No endorsement

Participation in Texas Success Connection is not an endorsement of a business, its products or its services by CG Success. Attendees deal with participating businesses directly and at their own discretion, and anything shared during the event is general information rather than professional, legal, financial or tax advice.

Changes

The event date, schedule, format and these terms may be updated. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
